József Geml and Luis Morgado from the Naturalis Biodiversity Center (Leiden, The Netherlands) will present the seminar "Landscape ecology of fungal communities: habitat specificity and disturbance-driven compositional shifts in tropical and arctic fungi".

This seminar is an initiative of the Centre for Functional Ecology, integrated in the Ecology and Evolution Seminars series hosted by the Science Museum of the University of Coimbra and profits from the presence of the two researchers as part of a collaboration established by the Post-Doc researcher Susana C. Gonçalves, within the scope of a FCT project (PTDC/BIA-BIC/122142/2010).

The presentation will be in English, and begins at 16:00, next November 19th, at the Science Museum. Admission is free.
