The 5th Congress The World of Work in Portugal: from the Foundation of the Workers' Movement to the Present aspires to deepen knowledge about the world of work, not only continuing previous meetings, but deepening a critical perspective that helps us respond to the problems and questions posed by the crisis in which we find ourselves: international wars and inter-imperialist conflicts, socio-environmental problems, autocratic austerity policies and commodification of the social rights of the working classes.
