The VI Congress of Local History: Concepts, practices and challenges in contemporary times will take place in the Auditorium of the Municipal Library of Castelo Branco, between the 4th and 5th of November. Six consecutive years of a congress, which has been the annual meeting place for Portuguese local historians, and which has traveled to different parts of the country!
The organizing committee, made up of elements HTC - História.Território.Comunidades, expects to officially launch, by the end of the year, the Portuguese Association of Local History.
