I'm a strategic sustainability and environmental project manager with a robust background in behavioral ecology. My passion lies in utilizing technology to enhance efficiency and drive innovation across various sectors including academia, research, public and private sectors, and NGOs. I specialize in environmental education projects and am adept at analyzing and managing environmental grants.

Throughout my career, I have thrived in complex environments, transforming challenging issues into actionable, strategic outcomes with measurable results. I am deeply committed to lifelong learning, consistently updating my skills and applying cutting-edge advancements to maximize the impact of my projects.

Achievements

- "Education in Action – ABALL1" Program Lead: I led the scientific development and validation of an elementary education program that significantly boosted literacy, numeracy, and socio-emotional skills. My efforts culminated in the authorship of a key book and multiple presentations at national and international conferences, contributing profoundly to academic discourse.

- Project Lead for Environmental Fund Management: I managed the evaluation of 80 significant funding applications, driving sustainability and innovation within public administration. My leadership in organizational innovation projects has notably enhanced sustainability practices in local administrations and secured essential funding for pivotal public projects.

- Academic Publications & Awards: My work has been widely published in top-tier scientific journals, and I was honored with the 2018 VET-Premium Award by the University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna for my exceptional academic contributions.
